Dr. Khan graduated from Deccan College of Medical Sciences in 1994 and completed a dual residency in family medicine and psychiatry at West Virginia University Hospitals in 2003. He directed the psychiatry unit at Martinsburg City Hospital, served on the faculty of the WVU School of Medicine for more than a decade, and later cared for veterans at the Martinsburg VA. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association. He treats schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dementia, depression, anxiety, and substance-use disorders, and he brought TMS to the practice. Trained in both Family Medicine and Psychiatry, he looks for physical causes behind psychiatric symptoms rather than treating them in isolation.

Dr. Jurand joined the practice in 2020 after more than forty years in medicine. He graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in 1975 and completed residency at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, DC, in 1978. He takes a holistic approach and provides therapy as well as medication management.

Alta Chery-Leonard is a family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She provides telehealth and in-person care, with ongoing education focused on mental health restoration and maintenance. She treats ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, and substance-use disorders, and works with therapists and other caregivers as part of an interdisciplinary team. She aims to deliver specialized care with compassion and efficiency, for patients across ages and walks of life, including people living with progressive cognitive loss or depression.

She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a perinatal and postpartum specialist. She has coordinated DUI treatment and relapse-prevention groups at East Ridge Health Systems, provided family, couples, and trauma counseling, worked with children, adolescents, and adults at Renovo Center from 2015 to 2017, and has provided crisis counseling at Berkeley Medical Center since 2017.
